I will be so grumpy and many of you might see the worst side of me in the following few months.

I am trying to cut down to 10 to 12% Body fats which will be really taxing and stressful.

My current TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure stand at 2352KCAL. To lose 500g per week, I need to cut out roughly 550 calories, which give me a daily calories intake of 1982 KCAL which mean I need to watch my food intake a lot.

I spent 2024 technically fandomless and I got into older groups from 2nd and 3rd gen that didn't have any major scandals (1 of the advantages of time) because I want 3 minute songs.

Everyone would be vegan if they knew how the animals were treated by factory farms. That's why ignorance is bliss.

I'm a second gen fan I've been into K-Pop for almost 20 years. There isn't really much place to go backwards since I listened to first gen too. Yoochun, Daesung and several others had major scandals in second gen.

Yeah, I'm with you. But it is why they call it Hallyu. Eventually this wave will pass and, hopefully we will get something good in the next round.
I feel like a lot of the groups make good music, but they are A) extremely young B) just don't really have that umami.

I feel like the strangest thing about young idols is that it feels like fans don't want it either? For the longest time that has been K-pop fans' point for why K-pop was better than J-pop - the idols are older. I'm not really sure how we got here.
