If you have any idea on how we should proceed to make it fair let me know because right know I have none​

maybe you could ask someone who hasn't voted which one they prefer like a friend or somethin ? and see which one they think look better but ooof a tie between 2 sungmin badges. Or you can see who didn't vote for those 2 that tied and ask them which one they prefer
