You still have 10 hours or so to decide to keep Sungmin's badge to break the tie
- since we're not organizing any crop round, his winning badge will also go directly to approval.

sorry I didn't mention it earlier but can you make the certified ELF badge's background transparent? I mostly use dark theme so it looks weird.
