On my quest to reach level 10 friendship with everyone, Aloy is now in my main party and I really like her skill/burst!

I think so far the character I least like using is Sara... but I think it's the combination of being a mobile user (RIP my aim) and not building her properly or not putting her in a team with characters that she can utilise her skill with.

Yeah Sara is quite a limited support character since she only really works well when paired with other Electro units or in an Electro-charged team

I got Staff of Homa in a random 10-pull today. I guess there is a god after all. it's only been 20 pulls since my last 5-star.
I just wanted a copy of the new spear
I now need to re-farm her two artifact sets for her bc I'm under-capped in crit rate now. all I need is a Shimenawa feather with 5% crit rate
The highest I can get is 45.1% crit. I refuse to use a crit rate headpiece when I can get these stats from lvl 20 homa + Crit Dmg build

Also, is it just me or does this weapon have this super ominous sound effect.
None of my other weapons have sound effects when you use them

Now I just need to wait a few days to farm ascension mats for the weapon!
I'm really low on all weapon mats aside from Narukami's Joy & Mondstadt tablets since I've been passively farming them on the days that I don't have anything to farm.

OMG, the amount of rage I felt doing the last part of the shadows of the ancients event...not at all helped by the fact that my controller kept disconnecting and spazzing out

Luckily, when I managed to complete it and did it again, it was much easier I figured out the strategy is just to completely ignore the ruin grader

Translation of the new banner mechanics:

• After the 2.3 update, a new banner type "character event wish-2" will be added
• Character event wish and Character event wish-2 will share all wish and pity counts. The shared wish count is separate from other wish types (e.g. standard banner and weapon banner), and will not affect each other.
• Q: When will character event wish-2 be released? A: Character even wish-2 will be for reruns only, and will be released periodically. The exact time of release will be anounced separately.
• Q: Does character event wish-2 inherit the pity count from character event wish? A: Character event wish and character event wish-2 share the same pity count.
• Example 1: You spend 50 rolls in character event wish and don't get a 5 star. If you then roll on character event wish 2, you are guaranteed to get a 5 star from the banner (unsure if this means just the rate up character) within another 40 rolls.
• Example 2: You get a 5 star character on the character event wish banner, but it's not the rate up character (i.e. you get Qiqi, Jean etc.). If you then roll on character event wish-2, your 5 star is guaranteed to be the rate-up character.
• Example 3: You spend 6 rolls on character event wish without getting a 4 star. If you then roll on character event wish-2, you are guaranteed a 4 star within your next 4 rolls.
• Example 4: You get a 4 star on character event wish, but its not a rate-up 4 star. If you then roll on the character event wish-2, your next 4 star is guarnateed to be a 4 star rate-up character.
• Q: Will the pity for the character event wish-2 be inherited after it ends? A: yes, all pities for character event wish and character event wish-2 are shared. Even after character event wish-2 ends, its wish and pity counts will be inherited by subsequent character event wish and character event wish-2 banners.

I just hope that Kazuha isn't featured alongside another character I want during his re-run. I want some of his constellations. He's probably the only character I'm intentionally planning on getting cons for right now.

This is really good news for banner skipping as well, since it mean we'll likely not have to wait as long between the initial banner release and it's re-run. I can skip Itto in peace now ~

I'm hopefully skipping banners for a while. Saving for Ganyu/Ayaka, Ayato & Kazuha. I have two amazing cryo pieces and need someone to make use of them finally.

I hope Kazuha's rerun isn't for another few patches because I'm gonna be primogem-less after Albedo and Yae Miko's banners

Kazuha's re-run is the thing I fear the most now. I have a feeling that it'll be just around the corner. I'm aiming on getting C2 eventually so I'm going to have to save everything once I get Albedo.

This new banner addition is really great! It means that we'll have more re-runs and hopefully less time between runs.
No more 1-year breaks between banners hopefully. My Albedo waiting time has been painful.

I think after Albedo. I'm exclusively pulling for cryo characters from now on for a few months aside from a few select chars ofc (i.e. Baizhu, Kazuha, Yae, Scaramouche & Ayato)
I have zero 5-star cryo characters right now. Ayaka re-run soon pls. I want myself that Shinra Tensei team. I evenn leveled Rosaria up for it the other week.

I wonder if Shenhe would be a good permafreeze edition or should I just wait for Ganyu... People are saying that she might be a cryo catalyst. My level 60 frostbearer will finally see some use if she is!


Time to start camping in the cryo domain. Baal will have to wait. I spent 250 resin in the emblem domain only to get nothing but one good Shimenawa feather. Hu Tao get's to keep her god-tier crit dmg artifacts now! My Raiden will have to deal with Thoma's HP% Emblem pieces at the moment I guess...

I've given up trying to get 36 stars in abyss at this point. I'm fine with 32 stars. They can keep their 100 primos if they keep making this a DPS check
My Kokomi & Childe can only carry me so far. Keqing can't even compete in the abyss anymore
