Yeah, once you're an established artist, particularly one who's fandom growth has plateaued, there's little point.

As long as we keep getting stuff like "it's live", the Ceci content, relay dances etc, I could do without shows entirely.

yes, relay dance and it's live are great. i also would've like the Play Color too, but since they changed distributor from Genie to Kakao, we don't get those anymore

I wonder what the reasoning is for changing it NOW? Maybe it's got something to do with the members pushing for individual work? Or perhaps it's just always annoyed her, and she finally has enough influence to get them to fix it...


Either way, awkward as a thread OP with no access to the files I'd need to edit. Guess I'll just update her tag lol. or not, I'll have to get a mod to do it.

Maybe there was some kinda contractural obligation. When they had the 7 year anniversary she was able to get it of being billed exclusively as gahyeon. Companies can really do anything with names. I remember trainee bona (jiyeon) came to work one day and they basically said your new name is Bona she was blindsided and never asked for it xD
