the current CEO founded hfe with e-tribe back in 2009. he said this in a 2012 interview.

so it's under the same leadership which mistreated ds, sexualised both ds and minx (underaged yoohyeon & dami) and mismanaged minx. The positive side is after dc debut, looks like he has learned from mistakes. dc's relationship with the ceo seems to be good.


i don't order my albums from mmt anymore after they delayed my RoD albums. and the way they sell the album separately is not cost effective. people who pre-ordered very early from ktown4u got their albums on time, but after that the yellow album went out of stock and took 1 week to restock.

Ah, I did not know that. I'm assuming he got married afterward since isn't his wife involved with the company now? Maybe that changed his outlook if that's the case as well. It was similar with DSP where the CEO made a lot of mistakes, but eventually learned from them only to end up in a coma before coming out of it, but passing away.

The separate album orders for the LE were awful, that's why I bought them from ktown4u (luckily there was a discount on DHL shipping for small orders apparently which is why there was a normal shipping charge). I don't know why MMT did that.

If you ordered 2 of the regular albums (even though it said random version), when you placed the order it was mentioned in the order they'd send you the set (i.e. both covers) for every 2 and that's what I got (DHL just delivered them today after telling me I wouldn't get them until Sept 16th initially).

according to the interview, he got married really early. His wife is running HF music, while he runs dcc and d1ce ent. but i think the wife is also the cfo in dcc & d1ce ent according to album credit. the curious thing is hfe has been in the business for so long, but the company doesn't seem to have good industry networks, because their artists lack variety, drama, ost opportunities.

dsp should have hired an outside ceo to take over instead of trying to keep it within the family and become mismanaged. but i think it's a little better now. april's domestic popularity is good.
