So far JiU and SuA are 2 butts, Handong and Gahyeon are 1 butt. Handong was correct when she relates it to a nose. You have one nose and two nostrils (left and right). Same with the butt, one muscle, 2 sides, left and right.

Also, someone might say that butt is short for buttocks and since it is plural, there are two. The thing is each side is a buttock so when you refer to buttocks (or butt) you refer to both sides.

Sorry for the explanation, but the whole thing is bothering me and while it was kind of fun at first, it’s getting out of hand. People genuinely don’t seem to know this.
