i dont know Utacon is a live or pre record show.
I read from izone another forum, they said maybe when they pre record heavy rotation performance already pass curfew time.

Wonyoung is not present at the live show and in the HR performance, but she was in the Buenos Aires one. Buenos Aires is then prerecorded with Wonyoung not being there today for a reason that is not the curfew?

People under 15 y.o. aren't allowed to work in Japan after 8pm JST iirc
