in what sense do you mean? generally they're not restricted or illegal, but some venues or companies will not allow cameras sometimes. but most of the time theres no problem with people bringing in cameras

But thanks to those fancam we already knew

Are these by OTR or are they fansubs? There's no tag stating that they are fansubs under the vlive subtitle drop down. Also don't subtitle groups usually state their name at the beginning of videos?

some fancams are illegal in cases like loonaverse- like some people upload songs and the stages before the actual songs release so it's not really allowed- just like recording stages/songs before they actually release to the public is usually not allowed
