The confusing thing about Bad Boy is that SM had described it as a dance track but the teasers suggested it was a slower song.

I kinda felt the same. I was also surprised she spoke a lot in english. even tho she's fluent she usually speaks korean. Maybe she was also excited comeback is near

well.. I never trust those song descriptions. Lol. Unless it's a ballad like OOTN I can pretty much expect a RV song to be a "dance track" with some type of choreo

So Day 1 had the references to past eras in its album covers, Day 2 has it in the lyrics..... maybe Day 3 will have it in its MV or dance?? Imagine if they references their past choreos in the dance oh WOW. They really DELIVER in 2019.

I LOVE IT!!!! The song is cute, with AMAZING vocals, the MV is quirky in a new way (more subtle), the outfits+hairstyle are really pretty (OMG Wendy left me speechless), the lyrics is good (they aren't talking about summer). I can´t wait to see the full choreo.

I feel like i'm living a cute Bad Boy era...

After 5 years, Red Velvet have moved onto another level in their career. They've found their audience and their position is secure. I wouldn't now expect them to smash all records and all that. And we don't need to think about them in the context of others. They are, to put it simply, Red Velvet. I think they are just a really great group with lots of variety and talent.

yeah. I'm sure 5 yrs. ago many ppl were a bit "confused" (for lack of better word) about their concept and music genre. Now... we can definitely see what they were doing displaying many different sides and colors to their style and music. Their discography is like no other. Of course.. there are new fans and still even old fans who "don't quite get it". And that's probably cuz they are so used to listening to (how to say it...) the same thing over and over with certain kpop groups. And when you hear something different or change the rules you get scared, call it "bad", weird.. .etc. But... to most reveluvs who now know what RV is all about and understand them... is exactly what we love about them
