What do they expect the audience to do? It's not a song where you scream and jump around?! That's something for zimzalabim or red flavor. I do kinda know where they coming from cuz I been to red velvet in korea and the crowd is/was kinda weak but this is a poor example using a slow song to shade on knetz. Songs like these you should be quiet to appreciate their vocals and harmonies
