Billlie is the Kpop group that has released several Velvet-like songs. Lots of jazz and R&B influences. Here's an example:




They're under Mystic Story which is a subsidiary of SM. They use many of the same composers as Red Velvet: minGtion, MonoTree, Cazzi Opeia, DEEZ, etc.

They've also released brighter, pop-sounding songs. Here's one of their title tracks:
