Because Taehyun won the game 3 times in a row last week, they rolled the roulette board and he picked Wendy as the person to receive the punishment. The punishment is to come up with a nickname to call Wendy by

They came up with the nickname 'baby' because Wendy gets embarrassed by it. So now instead of calling Wendy by 'Wendy', or 'WanD', they're calling her 'baby' instead and Wendy is dying

They even purposely played <My Baby U> by Seo In Guk to tease her. The script writers also joined in on the teasing and wrote 'Baby' instead of her name in the prompt screens now

Taehyun: "Baby"

Wendy: I- Huh? Can you not look into my eyes when you say that

Sua on the other hand is grasping every single opportunity she can to call Wendy 'Baby' and seems to be having the most fun
