hey just got my VIP+ today, aka i can now have four badges as one solo pic so i need help juseyo. i've already cropped them to a square, but i'd like to improve their quality if possible

1. x - is it possible to make this look sharper or at least look like a proper badge?

2. x - is it possible to remove the pink watermark at the bottom and edit out the black thingies on their shirts?
