Just saw the number of frames that Hayoung gif has and it's quite a lot for a Gif DP. 202 frames

Yah, I guess it is the frame, they really need to put a label on about how many frames a dp can have.

It was bigger than 2mb, but I have a new one and this one is lower than 2mb and it is still non-uploadable, I guess the problem is the number of frames.

Yeah, that's too high for the Twice picture you wanted as a wallpaper. The picture is 914x514 which is pretty small for a 1080p resolution. That's probably why you are getting that blur looking quality when you set a small picture as a wallpaper.
