I won't say stop eating choc chip cookies to you I'd do that too at times. But what I'm implying isㅡ

Make your oral care/hygiene your top priority in your body care/hygiene!! Yes, all those dentist maintenance is a must do, not when I feel like doing it thing!!! Read spoiler if you wanna know why

I can't say I know a whole damn lot about dentistry because I didn't study it, but I do learned from experience and doctors about this.

Poor oral care could cause you the usual teeth problem (normal) down to ulcers (which could actually goes further down the throats), sore throats, we're not done! It could also cause issues to your head, giving you headaches, or fevers, or even ear problems (sharp stabbing inside your ears is one of it).

I can't give you scientific evidence for this because I haven't studied them properly. But I'm sharing this because for 20+ years my mom and dentists always remind me about this so I ought to share it here with y'all.

Okay there you go. It's a reminder for everyone including me!

Ryan Reeves basically only exists as a hockey player to fight. So yes and no. They happen kinda preplanned. But the other guy can always just say no.
