Personally I felt a lot better once the things that made me depressed were gone.

Also coming out. Something I regret is all the years I spent just being sad and sleeping all the time in grade 11 and grade 12. I was so depressed that the girl I loved moved away and then didn't really try and keep up the friendship but I couldn't tell anyone not even the therapist my parents got me because I didn’t feel safe 2 come out.

Also there r other healthier spicy foods like salsa.

oOo. yes sunbae I'm in my last year of highschool , I can't wait to start college, I'm also getting therapy, I'm depressed for many reasons T^T , the most saddest part is my life is boring.... time goes by so slow when u get older tbh but you're young like 8, it went by fast the good memories.... with another person at that age will be.... left in the dust like a sunflower. idk why my life is this boring though T^T

Oh I thought u might be at least in ur 20s because u like Taeyeon. I feel like the 5th gen kids only know about her in a general way and make fun of her plastic surgery.

Although it's like because u "debuted" on ht b4 me aren't u my sunbae?

And then I'm ur....I don't want to say oppa because that word has been so sexualized but I don't like unnie either. I think I'd only want guys like park hanbin to call me unnie in the gay way.

Though because I'm literally old enough to be ur mom if I had u as a teenager then wouldn't i be ur ajumma?

Gender is weird. I refer 2 myself as my cats muma and use she/her in the third person when I talk 2 them but if someone got me a world's best cat mom mug I wouldn't want it.

So yeah going forward sunbae or ajumma is OK.

Hopefully u r able 2 afford it.

I've certainly had my fair share of bad mental health professionals over the years.

I certainly don't want to pry but writing the reasons down and asking if there's anything u can do 2 fix them and whether they r out of ur control or not would be a good start.

like ur weight is within ur control but world politics isn't.

also i don't know how ur parents feel about leaving the us but i have seen a lot of ppl talking about applying 2 Canadian colleges 2 get out of the country.
And if not that then at least going 2 college in a blue state.

Ok so obviously I don't want 2 be like where exactly r u in the US including ur address but state wise I know some states r considered more boring than others.

Though I always thought boring states r cool because in books something like getting powers from an alien spaceship always happened in a boring small town.

Or u don't have friends 2 do them with?

What do the teens even like these days?

Also in general if where u live is safe enough 2 go 4 a stroll then I would suggest short trips to a local park/place with trees. That's something that helps me feel better and that's how I got my cats.

Feeding birds and squirrels is lovely 2.

And yes ur perception of time changes as u age. Though sometimes I feel like it goes by faster now.

I'm sorta friendless I just ended up friendless.. back then I was quite not friendless.

Teens usually just hangout with peeps or do dark stuff and wear makeup and go on their phone 24/7 and not socialize.

I live in the North of America.

I'm going to a free funded community college covered by FAFSA yk.

I don't have pets nor any living body's besides me.

I was wrong my life is more sad than boring.
