Being natural-born entertainers, some stars have started to see social distancing as an opportunity to interact with their fans in creative ways, making self-isolation just a little bit more fun for all of us.

Here’s what some of these celebs have been up to.

Twice
Fans of the girl band were disappointed when the final shows of their “Twicelights” tour in Seoul on March 7 and 8 were cancelled. Thankfully, the girls have been popping by the V Live video streaming service to surprise fans with all sorts of quirky content – from playing a hilarious round of the Mafia card game, to trying their hand at whipping up Dalgona coffee, to doing mukbang-themed ASMR challenges.

Just a few days ago, member Nayeon turned on the live stream simply to ask fans to help her decide on a dinner menu. Call it jobless culture if you will, but we’re definitely here for that.

Honourable mentions: birthday live streams
We know, social distancing is a huge party pooper. But that doesn’t mean birthdays can’t still be fun. While birthday live streams are nothing new in K-pop, the housebound season has seen a rise in famous March babies taking to social media to celebrate their birthdays with fans. This includes Twice’s Mina, NCT’s Renjun, TXT’s Beomgyu, ATEEZ’s Yunho … and the list goes on.

Even during these uncertain times, it’s important to stay positive and make the best out of it – just like how these idols have done.
