She said a long time ago (can’t remember when or where exactly) that she thinks having bangs makes her look more approachable. She felt that not having bangs made her look too intimidating and she didn’t want other people to think that.

Hope she’ll be reassured now that either way, she looks amazing

That was kinda my initial reaction aswell.

Because she looks really good with bangs regardless, so I'm leaning more towards "she looks good with bangs that's why she prefers it".
