You made me realize this now that you said it. It looks like the year-ends are the busiest for the girls. I remember how they looked like when they won MAMA SOTY the group huddle while crying really hit me. They were having a hard time while showing a strong, happy front to ONCE.

Last year's award season was tough on them largely because of YOY. IIRC, as tough as their schedule was, what was especially hard for them was trying to learn the dance in such a short amount of time. JY's tearful vlive was due to their rehearsals, and if I'm not mistaken, Jihyo talked about Mina crying during rehearsals as well. If I was in their position, I definitely would have felt anxious about messing up the dance on stage - Twice being on-point with their dance and choreo is something we fans take for granted.

Thankfully, their comeback is a little earlier this year, and they had most of August free to prepare for their comeback. They're starting 4Q 2019 in better shape than last year, but it will still be physically tough on them. Hope they remain healthy and as rested as possible in the next few months.

So Mina stayed in SK? I guess her Mom is still with her in SK.

Prepare yourself, folks. The rest of the year is packed with Feeling Special comeback, Twicelights JP leg, 2nd JP album, SK and/or JP repackage, and the usual year-end awards plus special stages. This 5d/4n Chuseok break is likely their last one for the year. Hopefully, they're not returning to SK after every JP concert, but I wouldn't be surprised if they do.

I don't think I'll ever be able to prepare or not feel worried for their health. If 2018 was the most physically demanding year for them in terms of of visible schedules (I said visible because lbr, even when we don't see them publicly they still have ton of off-screen work to fulfill), 2019 might be the most unkind in other areas. The end of year is gonna be an emotional time especially this year for sure. I already know I'll be upset if another bad news happens but for now, I can only be supportive of them, and I hope and do have hope that after what has happened, both their physical and mental health will be taken more seriously. And from what it seems, div3 has been trying to improve their way of scheduling things as well.

Take this with a grain of salt but some people said Mina has left for Japan days ago. They said the reporters were being considerate and respectful not to take any pictures of her. I didn't wanna link since idk how reliable it is.

Well, I'm quite prepared to see Mina be part of the comeback but not be part of Twicelights JP or even the awards stage. If she suddenly feels overwhelmed by the stage again, then stepping back is the right thing to do. As for Twicelights JP, there are a minimum of 5 days between stops, so they're not doing the alternate show days they had going for Twicelights NA. The unknown of course are the special stages for award shows - will they have something grand for MAMA again this year? AAA is also in Vietnam, so that's extra travel. MAMA still hasn't finalized its venue yet either. Thankfully, January is relatively empty (I'm sure there are some award shows in that month), and they don't finish up the JP leg until Feb.
