That amazon link you posted is for Kpop Market, which claims to be an SK-based Hanteo / Gaon store. Could be legit, as there's another seller (CultureKorean) who also claim to be SK-based and Hanteo/Gaon certified. Looks like those aren't from The Orchard.
Meanwhile, no pre-orders / Hanteo cert on Target, but at least they have Fancy being sold under The Orchard.
