Yeah, but people are voting with the expectation that it's somehow helping Twice perform on MTV EMA (which it's not), though that's less due to Mike's tweet, but more Misayeon's.

Edit: I personally have no problem with Mike's tweet - it's just a regular poll you see everywhere on Twitter. But the retweet from Misayeon is misleading.

Personally I had no expectations that this would bring Twice on any show. I voted because it felt almost ridiculous to see Twice not being able to win at least a twitter poll of size

And like @A Flower4ever , if it helps bring some awareness to the Twice brand, it still is a good thing.

Fair enough.

I don't necessary expect Twice to be on western awards shows yet because Twice members still don't have strong English language skills. I do want Twice to keep being promote worldwide and keep the momentum going.

Yeah this was more what I was alluding to - it seems to indicate that the winner will get to perform on the VMA's but that's most likely not the case. But it's always nice to get even a mention as going by Western Media you wouldn't think Twice are at the top of the food chain for kpop girl groups (/even exist based on some articles).
