Time and time again, staff members, other idols, fans, and even fans of other groups have sung praises about how polite, respectful, kind, charming, and hard working the Twice girlies are. This was during Sana's scandal last may, and a part-timer/janitor wrote a long message defending Sana and Twice, stating that they treat staff from Korea and staff from Japan equally and with respect and that Sana was the first idol to ever acknowledge a lowly employee like him.
