Anyway, the new theory that I have about these shoots is that it's probably for their 4th Anniversary promotions. We suspect that there will be a Twicetober comeback in SK around that time, but this is probably for Japan because of that sign. It make sense that Twice will also want to celebrate their 4th anniversary with J-Onces, since Japan is probably now their most lucrative market.

Also, it could be a follow-up to Dream Day, because the girls going to HI was something on their bucket list, plus all their recent holidays have been them doing the things they've always dreamed off - bungee jumping, backpacking Europe, holidaying on their own, etc. So it's either something for their fanmeet DVD, or a VCR for an upcoming JP concert.

edit: or it could be a combination of all the above + CF + photoshoot.
