I think it's Chanyeol's studio. IDK what NNG means, though. I just know MQ is in his production team/studio.

MQ was shown in the last video before this one, I mean. But he was also listed under the studio Chanyeol has for two tracks from EXO-SC's album.

Yeah, I think they're trying to make a different studio from 'the ground up' so they're documenting that birth. The other physical studio isn't actually Chanyeol's. So this is like getting a new house and making it into your own by your own choices and hands.
