Looking at melon and which songs are popular its pretty obvious that if Yeonjung has less lines the song will not do as well, I understand wanting to give members different parts but line distribution for UNNatural is a mess. Seola has the most lines on the whole album followed by Dawon and Yeonjung.

When did Seola become a main vocal? Her acting variety and preferred lines have not transfered to WJSN charting by any metric, the same could be said for Bona frankly. I don't know how SS can push them and give them main vocal choruses and such and yet their charting stayed the same until they started to mess with Yeonjung on the title tracks(its gotten worse).

For reference Yeonjung has 4 osts with over 12000 likes on Melon and one with over 17000 that charted at 99 daily on Melon... Butterfly has 19000, Hmph has 9000, UNNATURAL is at 8500 right now. By Comparison I WISH and As You Wish have 50,000 likes each. Pretty clear that Yeonjung is very much the Main Vocal, and main person people listen to concerning WJSN on melon. Seems fairly obvious... but we are playing games now again after 9 months of waiting there is line distribution clownery.

So looking at UNNATURAL title track line distribution I am truly puzzled lmao

Main Vocal

Yeonjung - So you give 3rd gen vocal queen Yeonjung 6th in lines and expect the song to do well on charts??? Well no I wouldnt frankly the more Yeonjung lines the more charts. Thats just factual. You need to figure it out SS. Why the hell you send Yeonjung to singing shows and give her less lines on the album we wait 9 months for. Stupid company, last time I checked Yoo Yeonjung is V-1 Champion. Last time I checked Yoo Yeonjung is ost queen. Last time I checked Yoo Yeonjung is main vocal of WJSN/IOI. She is literally twice as popular on melon as any other WJSN member. 6th in lines is a joke.

Soobin- did really well this comeback. Too bad she doesnt have more fans as I thought she did well and had great parts.

Dawon - I like her lines a lot, her voice is perfect for this song. I would like to hear more of Yeonjung and Dawon together but this album is different than past WUJU

Dawon Stans- Not a fan of the Dawon stans that talk crap about Yeonjung for years about getting fair line treatment, a bunch of nonsense. Yeonjung deserves every line shes ever sung so I dont really share the woe is me underappreciated sympathy crap. You should have been blaming Seola and Bona anyways, but yeah lets blame the only member that makes you relevant(for years)because you feel bad that Dawon isnt the most popular member.

Lead Vocal

Dayoung - she should have had the last lines that Luda had. She also should have more prominent promotion to take advantage of her acting. I get sick of seeing her lines be inconsistent. Too few lines.


Seola - I like Seola a lot but she isnt a main vocal and I don't want to hear her more than Yeonjung and the other mains. Lol shes been stealing lines for a long time to no measurable chart increase, funny people give Yeonjung such a hard time even though she is main vocal of WJSN and IOI ost queen and yet never say anything about Seola consistently having so many lines. I could do without the Seola and Luda end for Bona and Dayoung. Seola been getting a lot of lines with no real reason, I would prefer her lines diversified somewhat.

Exy - like Yeonjung Exy always deserves her lines

Vocalist/Sub

Bona - lmao we waited so long for the drama to complete and yet shes 9th in lines and honestly I keep forgetting shes in this comeback...

Whats the point of the drama and not trying to connect it into having her featured? Just seems dumber the more I think about it

Eunseo- I like her parts

Yeoreum- While she has great parts it seems that only half of Chocome got a line boost

Luda - lmao I like you, a lot actually, but why are you 5th? half her lines should go to either Bona or Dayoung. Especially the end.



Can we stop with the trying to chart worse experiment?

I know SS is pretty dumb with their approach to ggs if you listen to Kim Shidae lol, but it looks like they are actively trying to mess up their charting and make them like Chocome. Which peaked at 350 on Melon. The members said recently the comeback was only prepared from the beginning of March, which really makes you wonder what exactly the plan is for WJSN. It looks like Starship has just given up on charting with how they basically ignored As You Wish and failed to tie melon searches for Iruri to WJSN. they probably think its Iruri by As You Wish Their charting this comeback is worse than probably everything since debut. Followed by Butterfly, followed by Boogie Up etc. Its a theme that outside of As you Wish, which featured lots of Yeonjung the charting is worse than La La Love.

If they want to chart better they would push Yeonjung along with the ones who havent gotten as much promo in the past... very questionable handling of your main vocal as well, You would think after V-1 Starship would have promoted Yeonjung a lot but really they failed to do much talking about it compared to other idols companies that were in the show. ANd Yeonjung won. I think Starship is wasting Yeonjungs popularity and potential by not having her on more shows. They send people that public doesnt know well. To this day people are still like Idk WJSN except for yeonjung because she was in IOI.

Starship has been promoting all kinds of members for a while now, past couple of years and their charting has gotten worse. It's time to staart promoting Yeonjung again or WJSN charting will keep falling.

Anyways I hope they adjust things for the future regardless how good the song is, cutting Yeonjungs lines will not make the group better.
