japan ain't really a market where singers put out albums every year. Japan is more fit for YG tactic. JYP should slow down his greed a bit.

Album quality being shit didn't help either. Literally worst Twice album ever. Even title tracks sucked.

The original release (&Twice) is their worst selling album in Japan and the repackage will probably their worst as well.

JYPE just go too greedy with everything this time around and got caught. Release of the album along with dome tickets (after already selling Breakthrough and HH separately earlier on in the year which was on &Twice), then a repackage with zero anything other than a very subpar song with no MV. That song was never going to help sell the repackage. I'd just call it lazy on JYPE's ending looking for a quick buck and that low effort just reflects badly on Twice as a "brand"

You'd think they were rookies still trying to find their footing and gather a fanbase with their schedule of doing and releasing so much.

I hope they change the plan this year. Personally i think song quality is great. But the way they release i didnt really like it.

personally this year competition really burning Once's fandom to be more competitive than ever, C fans already started donation to buying mass album.

Do we really need to? It's not as if Twice / JYPE has anything else to prove. Personally, I'd rather see a situation where we gain 10K new fans who buy 1 album each rather than have 1K existing fans buy 20 albums each just to chase after chart rankings. This whole donation thing for mass album purchase is not really my cup of tea...I guess we can expect to see more schools being "gifted" kpop albums in 2020.

yeah i notice too, we sometimes kinda forgot that twice is not boygroup with so many stupid fangirls bulkbuy, it seems k once is majorly 60% male only buy 1 or 3 pieces of albums not 1 box.

Whether Izone or BP sell more doesn't really mean much. If anything it just proves how far ahead Twice is, that they have to make all these campaigns just to come close, while Twice casually sell 400k like it is nothing.
