Everyone is pissed, especially cfans because

1) The name is so damn ugly
2) According to mandarin speakers the characters don't mean anything, they literally just picked random hanzi and called it a day

Sometimes I wonder if there's even a single chinese person among the people making this decisions for WayV... They should have kept weishennie/weishenni if they were going to mess up that bad

Ohh I hope they announce it, especially the Nanjing fanmeeting since tickets are already being sold. Hopefully they can also address if there's going to be other cities/dates because we keep getting different rumors about it
