StanSo report on the concert.
It was nice to see many in the crowd had NiziU light sticks and poster fans. The crowd seemed engaged with the girls when they were speaking showing quite a bit of the people that showed up were WithU's. Rio especially was feeling overwhelmed at the end of the show as she walked off stage and you could see her tear up a little. I couldn't get an estimate of the crowd at that time as they didn't do a full pan but still think that there were several thousand people there. That is a enormous number of people to start with your first live show with an audience. Normal groups start with small showcases or outdoor performances that have a several hundred people at most in the audience so this is a full order of magnitude greater than that for their very first show.
Overall the girls did good. Wasn't "spectacular" but still good. Some vocal issues and the wind was causing quite a bit of sound distraction on the microphones and a fair amount of hair getting blown into the girls faces too. Just wish the show could have been longer. They sang and danced to all the performances they did so it was pretty tough on the girls in the short time they were on the stage.
It started with the opening intro for "Baby I'm a Star". Then went Make You Happy, Step and a Step, Poppn'Shakn', and finally Take a Picture. They did a brief introduction after Make You Happy and more crowd interactions between each set. It was a bit short unfortunately and wish it was longer. Would have liked to see some of the B-Sides but just sung and not danced to so the girls can catch their breaths between the dancing performances.
All and all though nice show.
