Jing Yuan is an Event Banner, and it's a 50/50 if you'll get him or not. (Unless you pulled on Seele and didn't get her.) The Beginner Banner and Permanent Banner don't count towards the Event Banners.

Oh it's an event banner. And here i was thinking i would get a decent DPS.

Leakers are almost certain she's in update 1.2. So, after Jing Yuan, we supposedly are getting a Luocha banner and then a Silver Wolf banner. (Loucha & Silver Wolf are considered 1.1.) Assuming they all last 20 days, you can assume we'll get Kafka in roughly 2 months.

In general, almost any new 5-star character from here on out is going to be limited to event banners.

I agree! I first started playing Genshin Impact when they were still updating the Inazuma storyline, so it's fun to be here for Honkai: Star Rail during its launch.

They've done a great job this time with supplying the tools for character builds. You can create some really interesting combinations.

I've just got a preservation light cone that makes the character more likely to be targeted, but reduces damage taken. That paired with the wuthering snow relic set and second path MC, let's you build a self healing dedicated tank. No idea how useful that would be, but it's cool to experiment.

Can see players discovering some ridiculous builds as this game develops.

I want Luocha to run first because I've been diligently saving and have 100+ tickets I'd like to use already. I want to pull for him and Blade the most right now.
