It can depend on the artist but I think EU fans aren't that much different even if SM needed more/better security

definitely depends and varies on the idol/artists. But.. I think EU fans in general don't have frequent kpop idols visit right? So they are probably overly excited. They know what is right and wrong but.. when fans are put in a situation everything they know just goes out the door and let their emotions take over
