It’s been a few days and I think a lot of the users didn’t realize we started a new voting round even though I’ve been posting reminders in the voting thread itself and the group’s main thread, and I want to make sure everyone gets a chance to vote again if they’re still interested in the badge.

No, you are fine. If there is a purpose for your tagging, then you are okay. This is a good use of the tagging system.

Yes, there's a thread just for that! It's here. That should be able to tell you your ranking.
