We have several restrictions for DPs, so your gifs will need to fulfil those restrictions for it to be uploaded!

The maximum size is 2MB, and it's recommended that the DP is at least 400 x 400 px (to ensure quality isn't lost). If your gif is still not uploading, it could be due to the number of frames included in your gif (which you will need to cut). If you have any difficulties in fixing the gif, some users in the 'H+ studio' section could help you out!

I use chrome and yeah it's just SM team banners (at least I think so since I can see moderators, translators, shop+, events, awards members banners)

Have you done a hard refresh since the recent update? Might be best to give that a go, since bugs sometimes pop up after a new update Or adblock can mess around with how certain features appear.

I'll give the tech/admin guys a heads up, and see if there's any trouble with your permissions. I'm using chrome but I'm able to see those banners. I'll get back to you soon, if those guys manage to find something!
