After turning the adblock the banner is showing upHave you done a hard refresh since the recent update? Might be best to give that a go, since bugs sometimes pop up after a new updateOr adblock can mess around with how certain features appear.
I'll give the tech/admin guys a heads up, and see if there's any trouble with your permissions. I'm using chrome but I'm able to see those banners. I'll get back to you soon, if those guys manage to find something!
