Yes, she posted a statement on Instagram in which she said that she simply overlined her lips.

It's so ridiculous to believe that she did nothing to her lips. Maybe the owners of these fan accounts think it's their duty to trust anything Hyuna says. But it's not just the outline, the volume of her lips has doubled. Still, getting lip fillers doesn't make Hyuna a bad person and she doesn't deserve mean comments for that. I do think that she looked way better before and lying is simply unnecessary.

I didn't really notice a difference. Her lips look a lot fuller but if you check closely you can see that the lipstick drawn is way outside her lips.
