I don't listen to Kpop boy soloist/groups that much, but I must say "City Lights" is excellent. It's a very coherent set of songs that almost sounds like one long song. Very well produced. And Baekhyun's got a really smooth vocal style. I must have listened to it about ten times this week!

I actually listened to UN Village in the first place because I'm a big fan of Rozalin, who has been one of his dancers on live shows. She's an up and coming choreographer.
