They aren't a kpop group but are kpop adjacent, but apparently two of the members from Hybe's new GG Katseye are(/were?) openly queer.
They were apparently open about it predebut and fans have screenshots. Knowing Hybe i'm low-key wondering if they are going to force them to cover it up or let them be open about it because they are an oversea group and not specifically a kpop group?

StanFor me, it's that he's been caught checking out men so many times in ways that weren't for the camera. And that his pre-casanova image was so much softer. I sometimes feel as though they preemptively butched him up.

LurkerI had no idea they were roommates. Now I want to know more but, personally in SVT my gaydar goes off for Hoshi (obvi), Mingyu, Dino (I might be the only one who thinks this lol), Minghao, Seungcheol, Seungkwan (just a teensy weensy bit) and Joshua (I don't know why too). I'd have included Vernon and Jeonghan but they are so difficult to read and I don't really see it but others have mentioned them before.
They were roommates for a while. They used to get wine drunk together on the regular and iirc were collecting a wall of wine bottles to decorate their room or something like that. This was ages ago though and most of them live separately now. They've been referring to each other as best friends even before that though. I remember in the early days Mingyu and Wonwoo were the ship but then Mingyu and Minghao had their roommates arc and everything changed. I mean obviously meanie is legendary at this point but it definitely shook things up lol

bless him he's THE fruit, together with his bestie mingyu. so many tells even from many years ago, back when he was very shy and skittish about anything seriously approaching gay territory (a tell in itself). he's just also very good at being an idol and maintaining the perfect image.
vn pings me as bi at the very least, on his own and after seeing his whole history with sk (i tend to avoid delulu shipper territory but these two... wow). agree about jh being hard to read — he's very closed off when he wants to be.
also adding jun to the list. he's been so supportive of the community in many meaningful ways, which might of course simply indicate him being an amazing ally, but his solos.... i can't write them off as allyship, he's so.....

i don't really have all my receipts gathered in one place to be too helpful, but as an example: if you watch any of those "seventeen being straight for X minutes" compilations and look at those awful fanservicey games from the olden days (paper kisses, pepero etc.) the boys will often watch their members with at least somewhat entertained expressions while his face is just. pure horror/concern. my interpretation is because all those gay chicken games are not really haha funny to him (hard relate). he'll happily show affection to his members on his own terms though (kiss minghao three times on his birthday live, anything involving vernon, the list goes on).
there was the infamous live with baby minghao replying "boy or girl?
" to the question about his type (unbothered king) and while everyone present including the chat started rolling with it, sk seemed genuinely distressed. again, as a closeted person in a conservative country, i caught the vibe.also: first in line to dance to wonder girls, getting pissed that someone else (and not him) shares the star sign with beyonce noona, HOSHI'S BORDERLINE HOMOPHOBIC LIMP-WRISTED IMPERSONATIONS, etc etc. oh and his reaction to dino dancing to fast forward at this year's caratland haunts me (that's for the people saying that he's never shown interest in men).

Chanhee honestly never pinged for me (despite public opinion), to an extent I even started to wonder if he’s ace because of how much he’s talk about how he doesn’t want to get married and doesn’t seem interested in romance at all lately, but this makeup interview just dropped and now I’m like 
I’m taking the rocky horror with a grain of salt though because let’s be honestly Kevin showed him rocky horror. (Probably CMBYM too cause he’s also a movie buff

I feel like to say you really like CMBYN is a very big sign of you're a dude. It's a well acclaimed movie sure but I mean it's also borderline softcore porn at points and there isn't much to it substance wise beyond queerness. But Chanhee has long pinged me beyond just the slightly more femme than average presentation.
