2 Cardiac related stuffs. Such as heart rate, and questions such as:
a)describe in detail the respiratory process that occur from the time air enters the nostril. Draw a diagram illustrating the movement of gases.
b)What physiological changes occur to the respiratory system during exercise?

It honestly depend on the stats he want to train. But as field hockey players, you want to focus on explosive power, speed and agility. You will not want large and bulky muscles that will weight you down.

Therefore, plyometric workout, agility drills, legs workout are more crucial for them.
