Define aquatic dinosaur, because we DO have creatures like the Coelacanth. They went missing for 66 million years... then just turned up in a fishing net. Or sharks and alligator/crocodiles, they've changed very little from their ancient relatives. If you mean specifically like a mosasaur or something, ehhhhh, unlikely, but maybe.Interesting.
