As montchery mentioned, previous badges aren't eligible as wildcards, otherwise people will just submit their fave badges that lost. Considering that I submitted the badge and voted for it, I'm kinda disappointed it lost.
As for this badge ...
..I thought I saw it or something similar in the original pool, so better check with @B612 about why it didn't make the initial cut. Personally, I find her expression in that photo a little awkward.

@B612 Is there a particular reason why the Office Mina pic was flipped in the badge version? Now i realized why I initially liked the pic and now I don't
