She may not be a leader in name, but certainly displays leadership qualities in her own way by helping set the tone for the group with her affectionate nature and comedic personality. I'm always grateful that Nayeon doesn't make a big deal about having the younger members adhere strictly to the societal hierarchical rules. She always makes sure the other members feel valued and is always hyping them up! Not only that, but Nayeon's a talented, all-around performer, taking the world by storm! I'll never forget when she was trying to go crazy on that moving platform at the very end of the Newark concert and she almost fell and then laughed at herself about it lmao (with the other girls clowning her for it too haha).
