Butterfly Effect is like a mashup of White Noise and Cloud 9, with a little bit of Heaven.

You Are reminds me of Sweet Dreams from EXO-CBX. Not exactly, but the same feel from the era's there (80's era. NCT-Dream's Stronger had the same type of feel).

Groove is like Lucky One with the flutes going on in the background, but not throughout the whole song. I agree with FifiZappa from YouTube where she said it reminded her of Ladies Night by Red Velvet.

I think if Obsession had a ballad on it, it would be tied with EX'ACT - for me personally. But also if it had Kyungsoo/Xiumin. Bonus if Lay was there and not just in the title track only.
