They're releasing their debut album, and preparing for a while bunch of performances. That kind of workload is par for the course for any debuting group. Of course, they have a bit more since not every new group gets invited to talk shows or Kouhaku's Uta Gassen, but I don't suppose you're expecting them to turn those down?
More than being overworked, I suspect that the stress is probably what's getting to a few of them. Hitting it big even before their debut is both a blessing and a burden.
