like im gonna complain about this concept even more. these r real girls..... Everyone used to joke that SM wanted to get rid of real idols and replace them with androids or AIs and now ??? I find the whole AI idols thing really repulsive, even when it's not messing with a real girl group like this is. If they really push that aspect then there's no way I'll be able to support the group but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

it's very that, there is definetly a reason why people say tech folk should take more ethics classes and what's happening here is a clear example of that. besides, sm has proved time and time again they either don't know or don't want to handle sasaeng fans and this concept is very much a dog whistle to that type of person, which sucks because if anything the industry should aim to put more boundaries between the artist and the audience, not strip them away?? especially when the artists in question are this young

I'll be slightly disappointed if it is a small membered group. The wait for me hs been too long for them to be four. Also, the AI concept is slightly off-putting to me, its too "anime-ish" for me. Imma have to wait and see for their actual performance.
in the press confernece lee sooman said that the ai and the girls will talk to each other (like karina does in the video very cringe..) but the girls will also perfom like normal artist so watch me ignore the whole ai thing

my takeaway from whatever that press conference was is that i'm just glad the girls are here and i'm gonna focus on that, but i will say the entire artificial intelligence thing is very uncanny. it would be groundbreaking as a one-off thing for a comeback a couple years into their career but right now it's a lot to take in as the very concept of the group.
