› What are the badge sizes used?
Badges are 100px with a radius of 20 in Photoshop and Gimp.
› What is an Awards Form?
An Awards form is used to start a voting thread + request the addition of specific badges in our system.
› You need to buy the form for...
OTPs (2 groups or up to 3 idols allowed)
Anime, games and actor/actresses badges - if a spot to add them for free isn't available in threads hosted by the Awards Team.
› You don't need to buy the form for...
Korean/Japanese/Chinese groups and artists - just follow the usual steps.
Anime, games and actors/actresses badges, only if a spot to add them for free is available in threads hosted by the Awards Team.
If you're not sure if your desired badge requires a request form or not, please ask!
› Steps to follow:
- Buy the form.
- Create your voting thread in the Awards section.
- Go to the Ask the Awards Team thread IMMEDIATELY AFTER and confirm the form's purchase + link your voting thread.
- Follow the usual steps (suggestion period, pre-approval, voting, final approval).
› Important notes:
Forms are set to be removed every 17 days. However, we will keep a spreadsheet with all buyers, so you don't need to buy another one in case yours disappear. Please contact the Awards Team here if it happens.
You don't need to collect keepers for your badge if you bought a form but it is still mandatory to open a suggestion + voting period.
The Awards Team reserves the right to delay/cancel the addition of a badge if rules aren't followed properly - in this case, no refund will be provided.

No submission deadline but you should take about 3-4 days for each stage of the process
So.. the first awards are for free? Do I need to pass 25 posts to request the Pride Badge or not?

Hi! Since Kyungsoo is a member of EXO it would be best if you asked people in the the EXO thread if they are interested in creating badges for all the members first. I’ll let our coordinator talk to you if we are allowing just an individual voting thread for him as it’s quite uncommon for one member of a group to have their own voting thread. After talking to our coordinator, we’ve decided that we’re going to have to delete the thread you made as someone will be doing all the votings for badges for EXO in a few days. It’s best that he’s done with the group as he’s still in the group and is not a soloist or has left the group.
