Hello our HallyuPlus users! Did you miss our article last week? Due to server update, we were unable to post it, but here we are again with an extensive portion of all Asian Entertainment updates! So buckle up and let's dive in this week's article!

MONDAY:
#1- Keyakizaka46 celebrated on Monday their 4th year together as a group! We look forward to more great music from them in the future!

#2- Some contract signings started off the week on Monday, as Natty from JYP's Sixteen, Nam Joohyuk (following his departure from YG), and former FTIsland member Song Seunghyun all joined new agencies! We look forward to all of their future activities!

#3- A number of health concerns also arose this week. Up10tion's Jinhoo will be taking a break following health concerns. As coronavirus continues to plague the world and influence the entertainment industry, Dreamcatcher all tested negative for the virus after participating in SBS The Show alongside Everglow — some employees of Everglow's company, Yuehua, had previously tested positive. As for Monsta X, they cancelled their 2020 world tour in Seoul following the further spread of coronavirus. We hope that everyone is safe and well during these troubling times.

#4- Sato Takeru opened a Yahoo! Internet fundraising drive in order to support children affected by the coronavirus.

#5- Utada Hikaru is set to release a new single, "Time", in early May! As for MC Mong and Kim Jaehwan, they announced their collaboration on a new song, "Cold", that dropped later in the week!



TUESDAY:
#1- There were two online concert announcements on Tuesday! Suho revealed he would hold his first online fan-meeting "O2asis" on VLive on Sunday, and BTS held their online concert weekend BANG.BANG.CON! We bet fans anticipated both shows the entire week!

#2- NCT127 will be releasing the repackage to their album NEO ZONE in May! Are you as excited as we are?

#3- BtoB's Eunkwang was finally discharged from the military on Tuesday! We're happy he's back and look forward to his future activities!

#4- GEM was announced as the new global spokesperson for Urban Decay Cosmetics, and Mino has reportedly trademarked the name PARACOSM. It's widely speculated that he'll be launching a fashion label under the name. We can't wait!

#5- Unfortunately, the day finished on a sad note: Kim Sanghyuk (formerly of Click B) and Song Daye have divorced after exactly 1 year of marriage.



WEDNESDAY:
#1- HKT48 will now have even more ways to interact with fans: on Wednesday, the group announced the creation of both a Facebook and a Twitter account! Have you followed them yet?

#2- Woo Jiyoon, formerly of Bolbbalgan4 has now terminated her contract with her agency, Shofar Music. We wish her the best of luck in her future endeavours!

#3- In order to celebrate their 23rd anniversary since debut, Sechs Kies will be greeting fans through a new show, Sechs Kies Arcade! Furthermore, former Stray Kids member Woojin s has announced that he will be holding a new fan-meeting.

#4- Jellyfish Entertainment has announced that Gugudan's Sally will be participating in the Chinese survival show Produce Camp 2020! We look forward to seeing all of her great performances!

#5- This week, we celebrated a number of anniversaries! Exo celebrated 8 years together and UNIQ celebrated 2,000 days since their debut. Have you wished them a happy anniversary yet?



THURSDAY:
#1- (G)I-DLE will sign with Republic Records for U.S Debut! Wish them well in their future endeavors here!

#2- EXO will release EXO Planet #5: EXplOration - concert photobook and live album on April 21st! We can't wait for the release!

#3- JTBC's '7.7 Billon Love' and 'Money Road' comes to an end this month. Have you had a chance to watch them yet?

#4- MNET's Road to Kingdom is taking extra precautions to ensure fairness, so the 1st round results were calculated under the watch of each agency's representatives. Check out their premiere on April 30!

#5- Winner Kang Seung Yoon and Lee Seung Hoon will be guesting on the KBS show 'Dogs are Incredible'. Anticipate their episode!

#6- Ayumi Hamasaki celebrated her 22nd anniversary since her debut under Avex Trax by opening a TikTok account!



FRIDAY:
#1- Highlight's Yoon Doojoon was discharged from the army on Friday. Anticipate and celebrate his new endeavors here!

#2- Former Monsta X member Wonho joined Highline Entertainment as a solo artist and producer. We wish him well on his new upcoming career!

#3- HaHa has launched his own Youtube channel. We can't wait to find out what he has in store!

#5- NMB48 revealed details and covers for their next single 'Datte datte datte,' It will be released on May 23!



SATURDAY:
#1- Paul Kim will drop the 2nd part of his full album on April 22nd! Let's anticipate the release!

#2- YG Entertainment producer Seo Won Jin has left The Black Label to join Kush's Heart Entertainment. Wish him well here!

#3- The girls of STU48 have postponed their 5th single that was scheduled to be released in May. The decision was made following the Emergency Declaration in Japan.

#4- Kato Miliyah will be making her acting debut in the Fuji TV drama “SUITS / Suits 2.” She will appear in the first episode!

#5- Celebrities express fury and demand justice for the foster daughter of a ZTE director who was being sexually harassed by the director for years. We hope for justice after the investigation is completed.

#6- Upon hearing the news surrounding the daughter of the ZTE director, Yao Chi spoke out and shared his own personal sexual assault story on Weibo. Yao Chi was a competitor on QCYN/Idol Producer season 2, a Chinese survival show similar to PD101. We respect his bravery in speaking out about his personal experience.

#7 - TOO has announced their official fandom name! TOOGETHER, what do you think of your new name?



SUNDAY:
#1- Backhyun has been receiving love calls from professional e-sports gamers who want to play PUBG with him. We bet he felt very excited!

#2- Girl group brand reputation ranking for April 2020 is out. Check out which groups made the buzz here!

#3- Crayon Pop's Ellin's supposed scam victim was seen throwing money at another BJ. We hope she gets paid out of it and wish her well!

#4- BiSH's new song for the opening theme of the TV Anime 'Kingdom' was announced, and it's been release just a moment ago!

#5- It has been announced that Winner's Seunghoon will be enlisting in the military on the 16th of April. He follows bandmate Jinwoo, who enlisted in the first week of April. Will you miss him as much as we will?

#6- For social media announcements, Zhou Zhennan of R1SE recently created an Instagram account and f(x)'s Amber created a Twitch account. Have you followed them yet?

#1- MAX (CHANGMIN) - CHOCOLATE
If you were to ask any fan what is that one song that left the most impact in the K-Pop world, chances are that you will get many "Mirotic by TVXQ" answers. Well, the song's composers reunited once again for another masterpiece - the group's main vocalist, Max's (Changmin) solo debut! "Chocolate" had the honour to be his debut song, and it oozes with his sexy charms, making us desire him just like chocolate! A healthy version of the snack is waiting for you down below!





#2- (G)I-DLE - OH MY GOD
One of the most important lessons you will learn in life is to love and trust in yourself, even when you think you are the least lovable. That was the message of (G)I-DLE's last comeback, "Oh My God", a trap-influenced release. The song is the lead single of their third mini-album, "I Trust", and it features the girls showing off their charms and confidence and being more powerful and sexier than ever. (G)I-DLE always knew how to stand out, and we believe this song will stand out for you too!





#3- SUHO - LET'S LOVE
Everybody's favourite leader, EXO's Suho, has finally blessed us with his honey-like voice in his long-anticipated solo debut! "Let's Love" has a different approach than we are used to hearing from EXO, setting Suho as a solo artist with a rock sound. Even if the song looks like a cute love story, its meaning is much deeper, talking about a love that is hard to express but can be felt in every fiber of your body. Fans were quick to connect this song to EXO's famous slogan, so this leader melted our hearts once again!





#4- HKT48 - 3-2
HKT48 is a part of AKB48 groups situated in Hakataku, Fukuoka, and they just made their comeback with their 13th single, "3-2". In many ways, this single is special for the group. It is the first time we had fourth-generation member, Unjo Hirona, as a center. This single also symbolizes their determination to move forward as they wave their ribbons as proof of determination. This cheerful, optimistic release also made us determined to watch out for HKT48 in the future, and now we invite you with us too!





#5- WINNER - REMEMBER
After 6 beautiful years with Winner, the time has come for us to say goodbye to their oldest member, Jinu, as his enlistment time has come. The members wished him happy serving and didn't miss out on a chance to thank their Inner Circles for supporting them all those years. "Remember" is a touching ballad that held all of Winner's thoughts and beautifully showcased them with an accompanying guitar melody. We know you will miss Jinu's soft voice, so enjoy this song until we have a complete Winner again!






#6- ONEWE FT. HWASA - Q
This talented group full of charms is yet to debut, but they already made sure they won over our hearts! It is, of course, Onewe, RBW's first boy band. The release of "Q" marked exactly 3/4 of their road leading to debut, and it is their collaboration with their labelmate, Mamamoo's Hwasa! The song had a few surprising twists for our overall enjoyment ― a generally moody sound mixed with hip hop and RnB elements. Don't miss out on this refreshing collaboration and watch the MV below!





#7- STELLA JANG - VILLAIN
The quirky solo singer is back on the scene and in a grand style featuring jazzy vibes that suit her voice. Stella Jang's "Villain" is a fun, retro song holding a deep message underneath. A message that no one is black or white, we are all many shades of grey. No matter how hard we try and put someone in a black or white category, we are all villains in some way. A strong message in nice funky packaging - Stella Jang shined for us once more!





#8- TOO - MAGNOLIA
It has just a few months since these ten boys were announced as winners of the survival show "World Klass", but TOO has already gained a lot of attention so we anticipated their debut. "Magnolia" didn't fail to keep our attention as they introduced themselves as talented performers in dance-pop track influenced with trap beats. Just like their name (Ten Oriented Orchestra), they are as synchronised as an orchestra is!





#9- CIX - REVIVAL
Not even a year after they started stealing hearts all over South Korea, CIX decided to expand to Japan and showcase their charms there too! "Revival" marked their Japanese debut, in quite a different light than we are used to from them. The song is quite soothing, making us immersed in their smooth voices. Visuals stayed on point in this single, just like the music video's aesthetics, and these are the two things we can always expect from CIX.





#10- R1SE - LOVE
One of most prominent figures in the Chinese music scene is surely Zhou Zhennan, a member of R1SE, Produce Camp 2019 idol group. For his solo releases, he wanted to show us what does love and desire mean to him. His definition of love is portrayed in his newest release, "Love". Contrary to what you would expect, this song shows a darker side of this feeling with a moody sound and a black & white music video.
