!?
don't worry, that's just click bait!
he is the vocalist of the band HEY-SMITH, this past weekend he and Rina did a collab in each other channels, he pranked his band mates by introducing them to his "girlfriend" Rina
Rina's side of the collab
so unexpected for Rina, normally she is very straight forward and doesn't do pranks or stuff like that, i can tell she is having a lot of fun with her Youtube videos
also since SCANDAL has tons of friends in the music industry it would be nice to get more collabs in the future

Thoseguiltyeyes are working on the translation of the videos, looking forward!
also she posted a blog about it

A world where minorities are not disregarded - What RINA thinks about her experience of growing up in a single-mother family of five siblings
She wants to be an artist whom you can tell just by looking at them does whatever they want to. What are RINA of SCANDAL's sustainable development goals?
All-girl band SCANDAL, who continues to unleash new charms, is celebrating their 16th anniversary this year. Garnering attention for her expressive playing of the drums and gorgeous presence, RINA shows a wide range of activities that defy the boundaries of being a musical artist. What moved her to continue spreading ethical messages was herself—a little girl who grew up in a single-mother family of five siblings.
The differences in awareness compared to Japan, felt during their overseas tours
RINA is part of the all-girl band SCANDAL, who has always been paving their own way since their debut in 2008. She traveled overseas every year from their indie days to before the pandemic in 2020 to tour. From early on she felt a difference in sustainable and ethical practices in Japan and abroad.
"My awareness has clearly changed," she says, recalling their 2018 "Special Thanks" tour that went around to six cities in the United States and Mexico.
"Since then it's become the norm to use reusable bags overseas, and everyone has been putting into practice campaigns to reduce plastics, and encourage physical movement and eco-friendly efforts. When performing concerts to people who live lifestyles like that, I thought about how it was wrong to use more plastic bottles and disposable straws than necessary. We thought we'd start with something we were able to do, and we changed our on-stage drinks to tumblers and straws to stainless steel ones that can be used repeatedly. I think it's really nice being able to get the audience to notice things like that, and to get them to be aware of it along with our music, so we still continue to do all that."
Enjoying the same clothing for a long time and presenting them in different ways
"It's also important to make things with sustainability in mind," says RINA. The brand FEEDBACK that is handled by SCANDAL also came out with original eco-bags and eco-bottles in order to create opportunities to learn about eco-friendly initiatives. RINA likes the items so much that she still uses them on a daily basis. In everyday life, her perspective of choosing clothing has changed.
"We've often worn casual outfits as part of our stage outfits, so I used to think that I'd want to wear a different outfit every time. But now I think it's okay to present the same clothing in different ways. Your feelings also change by wearing clothing after learning about the sustainable efforts of various brands."
In Japan where there is little information about sustainability, RINA continues to send out messages such as "being as conscious as possible"—however, she won't change everything in her life just because something is eco-friendly.
"I'm from Nara and was raised by a single mother alongside four other siblings. I don't think I can say to my mother, who is busy with all the children, that she should consider the earth as she lives her life. But, I think it is important to live your life while being aware of that. Cherishing things, wearing cute clothes... Even if those things are limited, there should be a big difference depending on whether you're aware of your efforts or not. Though there's a limit to what each person can do, I hope that more people will be able to live their lives while being conscious of what they can do."
Starting activities to help child-rearing/womens' support due to thoughts for her mother
Realizing that "there are things that I can share because I'm a musician," RINA started "MAKE A WISH DAISY PROJECT" during the pandemic. A big reason why she started this project was because of her thoughts for her mother.
"As the eldest of five siblings, I've seen my mother get hurt and work hard alone. She deserves happiness, but her work and children became hurdles, and she couldn't reach the point where she'd think about her own happiness. It was painful for me to see that as a child. That's why I always wondered if I could be some kind of help. From a young age I had a strong desire to fulfill my dreams, so I joined the band in middle school and made my major debut in my second year of high school."
Having grown up in that kind of environment, she always thought, "Someday I want to support in some way those raising children alone, or to deliver feelings of happiness to them."
"I didn't know how to tell the fans about this sensitive topic, so it remained untouched. But when quarantine happened due to the pandemic, I thought, 'Mothers are going to have a tough time.' Moreover, there are those who are living in difficult situations due to DV. I felt that it must be hard for those living completely different lives to be made to follow one rule."
Then, she decided to launch the project with her friend and model Seina who shared the same sentiments. The motto of "DAISY PROJECT" is to have fun, and they make cute items that cheer you up when you pick them up. Proceeds are then donated to households in need of support.
Finding a support destination on their own and delivering the donations directly
"We also search for support destinations by ourselves, call each one, and choose places where support can be directly delivered to those we want to convey our feelings to. It is important to make the project bigger, but I think it's also important to keep things very domestic. Packets of curry are given to houses that need them, and school bags are given to children that need them. We think that having that directness is important, so we do as much as we can without leaving it to others. We enjoy sending out things while making items that'll make purchasers feel that they were able to help out. It would be great if we could create a system that would keep the money going around."
Wanting to deliver music that can boost everyone's self-esteem
Currently, the child-rearing/womens' support activities have gotten to the point where it makes her say, "We have a good cycle that makes us glad we're doing this" with a smile. "We're groping along, but that's fine" - The most important thing is "to continue to do this, which is the hardest thing to do."
"I don't think that those in the minority should be ignored. There are so many times when you get hurt by someone telling you, 'It's usually like this, right?' This is something that we experience as an all-girl band. How we feel about things completely differs among our four members. Even if the other members aren't hurt by something, I sometimes am the only one feeling uncomfortable. So I started to think that I shouldn't put up with something or not say something just because I'm in the minority. Everyone has moments when they're a minority in different situations, when they feel themselves wearing thin, and when they feel down, wondering if things are okay as is. I want to make music that can affirm that, and I want to be that kind of person."
Now in her thirities, when asked about her "ideal self" in the future, she gave a powerful glance and said, "I want to be an artist whom you can tell just by looking at them does whatever they want to."
"Personality, gender, sexuality, lifestyle... I want to be an artist who has various personalities and qualities, and that'll make you go, 'If you look at SCANDAL, you can affirm yourself.' To that end, I think it's important for me to live how I want to. It would be great if I could do what I like, do what I should do, and show how things are changing. I hope I can leave my life behind like that along with my music."

Haruna is going to be a judge on the WACK / JMS audition show "BRAND-NEW BAND STORY"
the purpose of the show is to find the next super rookies of the Rock scene, the winners among other things are going to debut in a joint concert along BiSH and the band MY FIRST STORY
cool, the fact that they got someone of Haruna's caliber and reputation in the Rock scene does make me feel more confident that the show is going to turn out well
i can't imagine Haruna and Watanabe next to each other, on the other hand this does open the possibility of more SCANDAL x WACK interactions
fun fact Haruna and BiSH's Chittiii are close friends (plus BAND MAID's Akane)

SCANDAL are in Toronto! the international part of their world tour starts tomorrow
the Queen Elizabeth theater has a capacity of around 1,250 but they weren't using the seats at balconies, still there were around 1k+ people in the audience
i think they could had easily held at least one or two more dates in Toronto
this was the Toronto setlist
- MIRROR
- Flashback No.5
- Saishuuheiki, Kimi
- Ai no Shoutai
- Kanojo wa Wave
- Shunkan Sentimental
- Take Me Out
- Ai ni Naranakatta no sa
- Ivory
- Ao no Naru Yoru no Sukima de
- eternal
- Yoake no Ryuuseigun
- Tonight
- A.M.D.K.J
- Image
- one more time
Encore: - Shoujo S
- SCANDAL BABY
i don't know if is going to be changed for the future dates
some people were complaining about the limited variety of merchandise in the venue, apparently the band hired an US company to be in charge of that but they couldn't get the merchandise across the border, in the US leg of the tour there shouldn't be any issues
the members talked during the concert but in Japanese
apparently during the concert one girl in the audience was screaming "marry me haruna", Haruna heard her and gave her a thumbs up then the girl came close the stage and handed her a ring, Haru took it an put it in her finger
also there are some fancams in Youtube, i haven't check the other only this one of SCANDAL BABY
SCANDAL are in NY!
today they are playing in the Sony Hall
speaking about the setlist, people are wondering why they included so many songs from "Kiss from the darkness" instead of previous albums, the thing is that while the tour is called "Mirror" in reference to their latest album it originally was a tour for Kftd, so in some way they are trying to give priority to those albums, worth mention they are still including older songs from different releases

I hope that she will be alright, she has always been my bias.
the good news is that other than a small fever she doesn't seem to have any other major symptomsI hope that she will be alright, she has always been my bias.
for now they are still in America so i wonder if they are going to wait until Tomo is fine? the members stated they are thinking of ways to reschedule the concerts
sucks because they have been very careful with precautions inside an outside the venues, i hope this doesn't scare them from having fun while in NA, they were really excited about visiting other countries
Mami and Rina also tested positive, Haruna tested negative but has a sore throat, all their NA concerts are for now cancelled
i mean it's not surprising that the other members also tested positive since they have been together during the whole trip
is unfortunate that they had to cancel the tour but is for the best, they were thinking about what to do about the postponed dates and now that they had to cancel the rest i feel they are going to try rescheduling the tour for the later part of year
the EU part of the tour should still happen i believe

Thank you for your continued support for SCANDAL.
As previously announced, during the band's stay in the United States, TOMOMI tested positive for COVID-19. We decided to postpone the Chicago and Vancouver performances and reschedule new dates.
However, MAMI and RINA have bow also tested positive. HARUNA is testing negative but has a sore throat.
Due to these circumstances, we have unfortunately decided to cancel all upcoming North America performances on this tour, including Seattle, Anaheim, and Dallas.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to those who had been looking forward to these performances.
Details about new performances, refunds, etc. will be announced soon. Going forawrd, we will continue to place the safety of the artist, staff, and audience first, and strive to prevent infection and the spread of COVID.
From, all SCANDAL members and staff

I apologize for not being able to update on anything I couldn't put my feelings into words at all.
We could only make it halfway through our North America tour and couldn't live up to all your expectations. However, we will be reorganizing our minds and bodies and put everything towards our future activities. We will work hard once more starting in August for the summer festivals and our Europe tour.
Thank you so much for your concern
We felt so supported!
I'll start posting on social media again♡ Thank you.

i'm glad she is tweeting again, i noticed is pretty common in Japan to go silent when you or people close to you test positive for covid (although Haruna was the only one that tested negative in SCANDAL) specially since i want to hear her opinions on the new SNSD release, since she was a big of the group
i was thinking about that because i just recently read a 2011 interview with Haruna talking about K-pop, then there was almost a decade long gap until she talked about it again

So-net:How did you came to know about K-POP?
HARUNA:My mother was a big fan of Winter Sonata, and the tv at home always played korean dramas ever since I was a high school student。I didn’t really hook up with the dramas, but I got into Tohoshinki when my mom recommended them to me.
So-net:What made you attracted to Tohoshinki?
HARUNA:Their dancing and singing。I came from a dance and vocal school, so watching them dancing and singing really got to me。I had wanted to be like that before, and it was also my favourite genre。
So-net:After that, how did you end up with K-POP?
HARUNA:I started listening more to Tohoshinki and BIG BANG、and to KARA and SNSD。Of course that’s like taking the high road, but they were the ones who were always on tv.。After that I began to listen to a lot of the other groups as well。
So-net:Do you watch Korean music programs?
HARUNA:I do。At first my mom bought the channel where you can watch Mnet and other Korean programs, and she showed them to me as well, but after that I slowly began to start watching them live。I’m living alone in Tokyo right now, but I’ve already bought the channels for myself.
So-net:What part of K-POP do you like?
HARUNA:They brings back memories、it feels like I’m watching Amuro Namie or SPEED when I watch them。They give out this feeling that makes me want to dance and sing like them。
So-net:Looking from the p.o.v of an experienced dancer, I guess you could say that K-POP dances are great then?
HARUNA:I think they are。They have their own characteristics even among group members。It was a pleasure looking at both their formation as a group and their movements as individuals。
So-net:Realistically, is dancing and singing, a hard thing to do?
HARUNA:It is。K-POP artists danced perfectly while singing。They don’t skip steps。When you tried to dance and sing perfectly, you’d encounter lots of problems, but you won’t see them doing it half-heartedly。They really have a high standard。
So-net:Right now, as a bandman and an artist, which part of K-POP do you think is great?
HARUNA:Their song composition、the way they harmonize their rap、those really taught me a lot。BIG BANG and 2NE1 are especially cool。It’s not like I understand their language but the way they use their words really left an impression on me。I find it amusing that I hummed to their songs even though I don’t understand their language.
Looking at them makes you want to copy them(laugh)
So-net:Personally, do you have any sort of like pointers when you’re enjoying K-POP?
HARUNA:Like I said about their dance before, they really are unique。There were so many things I feel like I could copy from them that I’d unintentionally think “hey, maybe we could dance to this with everyone at our live”。Sure, looking at them dancing is fun, but I think it would be even more fun to dance with them。
So-net:Do you copy dance secretly at home?
HARUNA:I do、at times。Let’s be honest, looking at them makes you want to copy them, right(laugh)。I could dance to SNSD’s Gee, but it’s not perfect。
So-net:Right now, a lot of young girls are copy dancing K-POP, right。And you could even watch a lot of those videos and even dance competition on YouTube。Do you sing to K-POP at a karaoke?
HARUNA:Of course。And it really got everyone up。But, a while back, when no one knew about KARA or SNSD, they were flabbergasted when I sang K-POP(bitter smile)。That’s why, when I went out with the other members of SCANDAL or my best friends, I try not to sing a lot of K-POP。
So-net:And now you finally able to sing K-POP to them。
HARUNA:Yes。It was like 「Eh? What took you guys so long?!」(laugh)。
So-net:By the way, do you sing in Japanese? or in Hangeul?
HARUNA:Both。At first there are only the Korean version, so I memorized it in Hangeul、but now they have released their CDs in Japanese version as well, right。So, when I went out with someone who’s not a K-POP fan, I’d sing in Japanese, when it’s with a K-POP fan, I’d sing in Hangeul。
I recommend SHINee, The Boss, f(x)
So-net:Personally, which group would you recommend right now?
HARUNA:Lately, it’s SHINee。Basically, I love everyone in SM。SHINee though, have this cuteness to them that makes me want to support them, and their dances are great。I got into SHINee when I watched 「Hello Baby」 though.
So-net:Ah, it’s easy to get into them through varieties, right。You could naturally remember their faces that way。
HARUNA:Also, I love The Boss。I got into them when I listened to「Love Power」, and the quality of their PV is very high。I also love it that they are working hard learning their Japanese。
So-net:How about the girls group?
HARUNA:SNSD and KARA is a must for me、I also often listen to 2NE1。For a group that has yet to have their debut in Japan, I’d recommend f(x)。Their songs are really fresh, and their dances are cute。Also, for bands, I’m currently listening to CNBLUE and FTISLAND。CNBLUE’s quality as a band is high、and I love FTISLAND’s Honki-san’s voice。
So-net:A lot of K-POP artists are going to make their debut in Japan, what are your thoughts about this?
HARUNA:When you come right down to it, I think they don’t have to force their songs into Japanese。
So-net:A lot of groups has re-released their songs in Japanese versions as well, right。
HARUNA:I don’t like it when they ride the Korean wave and then leave it at there。To have Hangeul, which already sounds cool on its own, forcefully translated into Japanese, just doesn’t seem right to me。We also had lives overseas yet we still sing our songs in Japanese like when we were in Hong Kong or in the USA and I think they value our songs because they are also in Japanese。If they want to release something in Japan, I’d really like to see them release something original and Japan-only instead。

We're back! SCANDAL talks about everything that happened on their North America tour!
Episode #127 blog
HARUNA: So we're back from the US, and this is our first recording back!
All: We're backー!
MAMI: We're back!
RINA: We've safely returned!
HARUNA: We apologize for making you guys worry...
RINA: Thanks so much for all of your kind words!
HARUNA: Since we came back in good health, we'll be doing "Catch up" like we normally do. However!
MAMI: Hm??
HARUNA: August 7th is Meiji Apollo's birthday! Born in 1969!
TOMOMI: 53 years old!
RINA: That's impressive.
HARUNA: Our veteran, Apollo-sama.
RINA: August is a special month.
HARUNA: It is. The band is celebrating our 16th anniversary this month, and it's also my and RINA's birthday month.
RINA: It's an auspicious month.
HARUNA: We had a lot going on last month, but let's do this episode well.
For this one we'll each be talking about whatever we want.
RINA: That's nice. We're catching up for real.
HARUNA: Yep, no script/direction at all.
RINA: That's nice to just do what we want.
HARUNA: To sum it up, the four of us tested positive and had to cancel our North America tour halfway through it, but we had been able to hold four performances. So, we'd like to talk about the US tour.
Oh, right; we told everyone that TOMOMI, MAMI, and RINA had tested positive, but we didn't tell you guys that I tested positive the day after, so just letting you guys know now.
RINA: And even though we had several people on our touring team, it was only the four of us who tested positive. We even had separate dressing rooms from the staff.
HARUNA: And we each recuperated in our own rooms.
RINA: We stayed for about 11 days straight at a hotel in Chicago...
HARUNA: We did.
RINA: It was like we were in a parallel world... We did nothing but sleep. I have no idea how many days we slept. That was what we went through.
HARUNA: Surprisingly, a day would go by in a flash.
RINA: ...what did you guys do?

HARUNA: Surprisingly, a day would go by in a flash.
RINA: ...what did you guys do?
•The episode starts with this.
•In reply to RINA's question to the others of what they did while quarantining in their hotel rooms, MAMI says that she would get up, eat breakfast, and watch a local Chicago TV program called "Chicago's Very Own." The others seemed to be surprised that she actually watched TV. In the afternoon she'd get sleepy and take a nap, and then would wake up in a sweat. In the evening she'd watch TV again and eat dinner. She'd also move her body around a bit while watching exercise videos, ones that are advertised as being doable in small places like apartments = light exercises. She'd then wash up, go to sleep, and repeat the same thing the next day. HARU goes, "That's pretty impressive! You did a lot of different things." RINA says that the four of them all had pretty different symptoms, and that MAMI had said it was kind of rough for her but she still had some strength. MAMI says that symptoms-wise, they mostly didn't have fevers, though their throats did hurt = it probably was more on the mild side for them.
•HARU affirms that she didn't have a fever. Her throat did hurt but it went away pretty quickly. She did get a stuffy nose a little way through it, though, and her sense of smell kind of got a little iffy, which was scary for her; there was a moment when she kind of felt like she was about to lose her sense of taste. RINA says that HARU was worried they didn't have any proper medicine she could take for that. HARU says that they did get some stuff bought for them and she did a lot of things like hydrate her throat. She also mentions how they were all in the same building but never saw each other face-to-face at all. RINA says that it felt really weird. HARU says that they were in contact with each other pretty frequently, though. MAMI says that their staff brought them their food since the band themselves weren't able to go out. She'd hear a knock on the door signaling that her food had arrived and she'd wait a bit before opening the door to go get it. When she would, she'd also look down the hallway and see a staff member walking off way in the distance. HARU says that she'd go get her food right after it was left, and that she'd almost would meet a staffer as they were on the way back from the other members' rooms. RINA says that you do sustain damage from not being able to see/talk to other people in person. MAMI says that not talking to anyone in person the entire time felt a little odd.
•RINA says that she and TOMO got the brunt of it. She had a fever, and she says, "It was like, 'When did my fever actually break?'", and laughs that she spent the entire time in a sweaty bed. MAMI says that she can totally relate. RINA says that it felt like she was drowning in sweat when she'd wake up. She also says that she's glad that they all they recovered little by little. HARU says that they'd receive a health check-in message every morning asking how they felt that day. She and MAMI would wake up relatively early in the mornings and send their replies back, and that halfway through their stay RINA wouldn't reply at all, which HARU and MAMI laugh at. RINA says that it was tough for her, and laughs that after their Zoom meetings her voice would be totally done. They laugh and HARU says that it was really raspy. RINA says while laughing that she's glad her voice has recovered enough that she's able to record for this program. HARU says that halfway through TOMO started getting better. She also says that she, TOMO, and RINA are still coughing a bit and says that they might be hard to listen to for this episode. RINA says that their strength is coming back after testing negative, and it's also can't really be helped if they have a lingering cough or such. HARU says that they have summer festivals coming up. RINA goes, "I'm scared! I'm kind of nervous!" and laughs. She says that they decided on their setlist for ROCK IN JAPAN while they were in Boston (unfortunately, the festival had to be canceled on the day they were to perform due to a typhoon), and that they mainly chose fast-paced/hard-hitting songs. They say they'll do their best.
•HARU asks how the concerts on their North America tour were themselves. RINA says that they got to see their overseas fans there for the first time in four years, and seeing everyone looking really happy made them feel all teary. She thought things like, "Thanks for waiting for us!" She says it was awesome. They all agree. HARU mentions how their original tour [that was in support of Kiss from the darkness] had to be postponed, but she's really happy they got to come here for the first time in forever as well as see people whom they haven't seen in such as long time. RINA says that besides people who have listened to their new album and recently bought tickets to their tour, there were also those who had bought tickets a long time ago and have waited since then, and the energy everyone gave off was really something. HARU says, "This tour also had the vibe of MIRROR to it, and although I didn't talk much, it really felt like everything was conveyed. My English really sucked, but I tried my best to speak as best as I could. The vibe was so warm and it felt like our sentiments were conveyed. I'm really glad we went." RINA talks about the MCs and says that while they did make the base of it in English, they decided to talk about detailed things in Japanese this time, though they didn't know how much of it would get through to everyone. MIRROR also contains delicate/sensitive content, she says, and that this new way of trying to convey things to an overseas audience in and of itself was the right thing to do. Watching HARU from behind trying her best to convey these things made her feel all emotional. MAMI agrees that it definitely got through to everyone, and that seeing everyone having fun and feeling emotional made her realize that this is also what keeps the band going. That alone was something that they gained.
•HARU asks what TOMO thinks. TOMO says that getting to hear cheers for the first time in forever was amazing, and since they had originally planned to tour in support of KFTD, she says she saw a lot of people wearing shirts from that era. That something that made her really happy. HARU says that because they were able to perform some songs from KFTD during the encores ("Masterpiece" in New York, "Ceramic Blue" in Atlanta), they got their fans to listen to songs that the band wanted them to listen to, which was something she was glad about. RINA says that the band said they wouldn't push themselves too hard, but they did end up changing the setlist a bit for every performance. She laughs and says, "So cute." HARU says that despite only doing four performances, they felt so much love and the shows were all really great. RINA says that they're confident they were definitely able to give it their all for every performance, and every performances really was great.
•HARU also mentions that they weren't able to go to Jollibee in Canada (RINA: "That's right! Even though we'd say we'd definitely go!"). She then asks what that donut place was called again. MAMI and RINA try to recall the name but can't remember it either. RINA says that it was inside of a hotel and that it was stylish. They still try to recall the name, going, "What was it called again?!" HARU says that it's a famous cafe chain that sells donuts, and that they happened to find one coincidentally when they were walking around. They had just eaten a meal and therefore didn't go inside, but they did kind of check out what the atmosphere of it was like. RINA says that they did go inside but didn't buy anything because they were stuffed. A staffer says that it's called Tim Hortons. RINA says that it was a really adorable and stylish place (lol not sure if you can really call Tim Hortons that...). HARU says that they successfully were able to go to a Tim Hortons. She then says while laughing that they never saw a Jollibee. MAMI mentions that there was a fan that had a Jollibee tote bag. They laugh and go, "There was!" She says that during the M&G photo session, a fan came up to them with that bag and the band was like, "Isn't that Jollibee??" RINA says that they usually greet the VIPers with "Hi" or "Hello," but only for that fan did they go "Jollibee!!" HARU says that the fan probably didn't expect that kind of greeting. RINA jokes that the fan probably thought, "My name's not Jollibee!" They say it was really funny.
•They try to think of anything else they could talk about that happened on tour but have a hard time trying to do so. A staffer mentions that they went to see a Broadway show. HARU says that the four of them went to go to a show in New York, which is a show that she had originally become interested in a few years ago. She then goes, "Wait, what was it called again?" RINA and MAMI say that it's called "Sleep No More." HARU explains a bit about what the show is roughly about (if you're interested you can read more on it here). She says she heard a few years ago that it was interesting and had been wanting to go see it, though the past times they had been to NY she hadn't been able to get tickets or the timing didn't work out. This time, though, they were all able to get tickets and go see it. RINA says it was really interesting. MAMI talks about how you're to follow whatever actor's story you'd like to experience and follow them room to room to do so, which is why she thinks this show is something you need to attend several times in order to experience more of stories. They talk a little more about the vibe--how it's dark, scary, and kind of mysterious (HARU: "Like a haunted house")--and how everyone except for the performers are wearing a specific mask that's given out to them.
•HARU says that she originally planned to go alone but the other three members were on board with going. RINA says they were interested because they've heard her talking about it for a long time, and that they wanted to go if they were able to. She says that they were able to buy tickets while in their dressing room (in Toronto, as RINA talked about in this video). HARU says that they couldn't get any tickets at first. RINA says that they were only able to after they each tried getting their own tickets a piece. She says while laughing that the server it's hosted on is super weak. You also need to choose which show at which time to go to, and they were worried that there wouldn't be enough tickets for all four of them plus a staffer. HARU also mentions that you had to enter your address to purchase tickets (RINA: "I wanted to input mine in kanji"). She says that you had to put your address in romaji (Roman characters). They had a really hard time with things like that. HARU says that they tried to purchase five in one order but an error popped up instead. That's why they ended up having to purchase tickets individually (MAMI: "That's right; that's how our 'Sleep No More' experience started"). They also mention they went shopping beforehand (also shown in this video), which MAMI says was interesting as well. HARU says that they were able to have a lot of fun on the tour. RINA says it was great time. HARU says she's glad they were able to do it, and thanks everyone who came out to it.
•They then close out the episode. HARU says they talked quite a bit this episode. She then says that a lot of messages have piled up and that they'll be reading some on the next episode. Then, after mentioning that Meiji's Poiful candy will come in heart-shaped for a limited time, they announce that they have a new message topic listeners can write in about called "Poppoppo, Heart, Poppo!" where you tell them a moment when your heart fluttered/your heart pounded fast/etc. RINA goes, "Ono-san (program director), you wrote those lyrics, didn't you?" The others laugh and go, "Lyrics??" Ono laughs and says that he's mad at that. HARU reads that you can also write in jokes that have to do with "hato" (鳩; pigeons). MAMI says that HARU's not good with pigeons, though; HARU says she's fine with written text about them, which makes the band laugh.

updated the title, from "15 years with SCANDAL!" > "16 years with SCANDAL!"
today is SCANDAL's 16th anniversary and is also Rina's 31 birthday, she has been part of the band for more than half of her life
this time they prepared a smaller scale project "Mystery Tours of SCANDAL 2", the first one was in 2018 during their 12th anniversary
last year for their 15th anniversary they filled the Osaka Jo Hall (capacity 16,000) i guess since they were busy with their world tour + the fact the members are still recovering from having covid was a factor in picking a smaller venue
let's hope we can come back next year to see their 17th birthday!
