Tbh this isn't even really applicable to this thread, but: hot off a bunch of other stupid arguments, twitter Engenes are now battling about which member of Enhypen is most "babygirl," a term that no one seems able to define. If Enhypen tiktok is filled with delulu girlfriend stans, Enhypen twitter is filled with people who believe they're ALL gay, somehow. It's like matter & antimatter.

Good to see you here! Idk I think a lot of boy group fans use the term baby girl in a not necessarily implying queer way. Especially a lot of gender queer young fans use it in a way where they don't realize a lot of people will take it that way.

LurkerThat's a good point! Some of them are probably using it in a more general way, but the same time, from what I've seen, a lot of them legit do believe that most of Enha are gay. Especially Jake and Sunghoon, followed by Jay and Jungwon. I can't say I see it but if it makes them happy, more power to them lmao
Going through some videos from a couple weeks ago and I loved Jay Chang’s Christmas covers video. Partly since he sounds nice, but also for his Santa Tell Me cover. It’s neat seeing an active idol singing about being in love with a guy.
It’s much more common these days to see make and female idols not change pronouns, but as a 2nd gen fan I felt like it was pretty rare to keep the same pronouns back in the day. Thus, I always like to see it. Plus, none of us can say there’s a language barrier since Jay is a native English speaker.
May or may not mean anything but I still like to highlight it.

Umm... I don't know actually. My radar is off most of the time, so take this with a grain of salt: I think she's straight, but she's definitely an ally.
I've seen that there are a lot of MoonSun shippers out there (even some of them make fanfics about MoonSun) but I always think of them as soulmates in the form of besties.
And I feel the same way about Hwasa. Both Solar and Hwasa radiates ally energy to me.
Wheein and Moonbyul, on the other hand...

StanI could see Taerae and Jiwoong being into dudes at varying degrees. As great as out would be, Matthew is probably just Canadian. Haha.
Zhang Hao is the big one – his predebut "heterophobic" weibo posts and the pictures he took recreating popular BL are the big ones but he definitely pings a lot of people. His relationship with Hanbin was pretty suspicious especially during the show but not really because he was flirty, but more like he'd say very touching things about Hanbin (they kind of came across as a married couple a lot of time). He also seemed to be very close friends with Kuanrui who pinged a lot of people.
Hanbin did flirt a lot with Zhang Hao during the show (the impact of tie tie... my god you had to be there) but mostly only him and its mostly just a lot of vibes coming from him in reality. He learned waacking which is a style popular in queer communities and not a lot of men who aren't gay make it their "thing." (Although frankly waacking is pretty prevalent in the Korean dance scene and there's a lot of idols who know it– still mostly women though) There's also predebut videos of him dancing very sassy (the mother meme is the big one) and while I don't think no straight guy would dance like this, his general vibes have clearly made a lot of people take it that way.
During the show Taerae has a huge contingent of people who thought he was gay off of his vibes and social circle. He hung around with all the extra fruity contestants (Woongki, Seowon, Park Hanbin, etc.) and was part of the gyaruz (who were sometimes also referred to as "unnies" by the other contestants which is heavily queercoded) which imo is a bigger tell than flirting since since so many idols flirt with each other as part of the job. Because he's not as big of a personality I think a lot of people forgot or didn't notice that that was his social circle, He's also especially obsessed with recreating the mother meme and frankly now that he's off the show he really comes across as a little bit of a catty gay lol.
Jiwoong acted in a multiple BL and is friends with Holland, but it seems like the general consensus is that he's a straight ally. I wouldn't be surprised if he was queer in some way, but I guess he doesn't really ping people. I'm included there lol
The others are largely considered straight and don't ever really get mentioned unless it's a shipping thing. I'll throw out there that Yujin's a huge fan of Taemin and this video had a little bit of a vibe (from literally everyone lol) but he's still super young and the romantic aspect of idol fandom in Korea is a bit hard to disentangle from a western fan's perspective.

I just thought I’d share that I remember back in my earlier days in Kpop they said that if you were a lesbian either visiting or living in South Korea and were looking for a girlfriend to hit up the Mamamoo concerts because that’s where lesbians go to try to find dates.

Jaeyoon: Toss up between comfortable straight and raging homosexual.
Zuho: Has gay energy. Especially that infamous chest vid.
Inseong: Same as Jaeyoon. Albeit more straight-presenting.
Rowoon: He's talked about a girlfriend before (I think), but he also gives me major vibes sometimes. Plus his whole not wanting kids thing, which, for his tax bracket, wouldn't be a financial issue.
I think the other three are straight. But I would love to hear opinions or see receipts.
