I'm pretty sure it has been scripted in such a way where it's impossible to defeat her since it would be kinda unrealistic for us to be stronger than an actual Archon this early into the story

I've never played Horizon Zero Dawn so I don't know anything about Aloy but I'm glad we're getting a free 5* for the anniversary even though I already have a broken 5* Cryo bow character.

For people running low on Ruin Sentinal mats for weapon ascensions, you should do the mora/EXP leylines and just not claim the rewards.

I got 9 drops from doing this today. My material saving for that new 5-star weapon is almost complete! Not gonna roll on the weapon until next week though. I need more enhancement ores before I start rolling on it again.

Really? I spent over 2 and a half hours just doing Act I of the quest. I haven't gotten around to finishing Act II yet because I've been busy and the only time I've spent on the game today was farming mats for Ayaka and the new weapon.

I'm kind of sad that I have to skip Yoimiya now. I tested her out in her story quest and she was really fun to use, slightly more fun than Ayaka imo, but mainly due to the fact that I like bow users and Ayaka's charge attack has an animation lag. I'd like to get both Ayaka & Yoimiya when they re-run though. Both of them look really great!
Sayu, I'm sorry but I can't pull you now... Baal is coming!!!





Diona will have to suffice with hard-carrying my entire team as a healer.
Speaking of Diona, I finally got her to lvl 80 this week. Now I just need to level up her sac bow & fix her artifacts...

If the ER scaling rumours are correct, I'll have a reason to be levelling my Skyward Spine now!
I'm pre-farming for her by essentially going around Inazuma 24/7 collecting all of the local specialties. I have how spread out the materials are compared to Monndstadt & Liyue.

The only place I've been able to find with consistent close together mats is for farming Dendrobium on NNazuchi Beach. I'm gonna have to start going over all the new farming routes now. I want to collect 180 of each specialty before 2.1 goes live.

I'm farming pyro hypostasis this week for Tohma -- (these better be his materials) -- since I'm finished building Keqing & don't want to touch the artifact domains this week.

Yoimiya might just be one of my favourite of all the characters in Genshin after playing her story quest. It's not even anything to do with the gameplay, just her personality and the way her EN VA portrayed her (plus the bonus of having Kana Ueda as her JP VA). Such a bright character.

I'm not sure if I'm going to pull for her now that we know Baal is going to be the first banner in 2.1, especially with my horrid luck when it comes to winning the 50-50, but if she ever has a rerun, I'll definitely try to get her.

Day 2 of Genshin giving me a commission in Mondstadt despite having selected Inazuma as my commission area. I have all but one of the story comms complete in that region. Yes, even the Snezhnaya Equivalent Exchange series. Is this a bug or smth...
I use PS5 for Genshin so scrolling all the way over to Mondstadt is an utter nightmare. Not looking forward to using a controller on the map once even more regions get added. Scrolling that map would be a pain.

RIP to anyone who decides to roll for Yoimiya, her local specialty mats are a pain to get to. Legit in areas with the highest concentration of electro

I finished her story quest yesterday. It was super fun! I really like her English VA, but there was a bunch of scenes where the voice of her father didn't match the mouth movements of the character. I switched to CN dub for the rest of the quest, which is sad bc she's one of the characters I really like in EN. She's probably second to only Zhong Li in likability. I'm gonna finish up the Ayaka quest today probably, and then wait a day or two to start on part 2 of the archon quest. I'm forcing myself to go slow so I don't run out of content too soon.

I was super on the fence about Yoimiya beforehand, but after doing her quest and playing around with her kit, it really makes me want to pull for her. It's just sad that she's dropping right before Baal, so I'm going to have to skip her. I might get her during her re-run though ~

I'm really hoping that Tohma is the rumoured 2nd 4-star in the 2.1 update; though realistically it'll be Gorou (bc Kokomi). I like them both, but I just want Tohma more bc he's just so likeable and I like his personality.
