Time sure fly past.
One year ago, I made my return to school life and took up a Cert in Sports and Exercise Science and graduated 6 months later.
Fast forward to now, tomorrow I will be embarking on the 2nd and final half of my Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science. Once this 2nd half is over, I will graduated again and will take a short break before deciding in what areas I want to specialize in when returning to University studies.
So far, my best grade is in Fitness and Conditioning, and Sports and Exercise Nutrition (Pending final exam results).
I still have 4 more modules to study.
1) Sports and Exercise Psychology. Apparently my lecturer is my country very first Sport psychologist and had also co-wrote a book.
2) Physiology of Sports and Exercise
The above 2 modules will be studied in the 1st 2 months of the 2nd half. And the below 2 modules will be conducted after those 2 modules
3) Biomechanics of Sports and Exercise
4) Method in Group Exercise Instruction.
Psychology is the one module I been dying to start on so I am really excited for tomorrow!
